The Lady Tigers began district play Monday at North Shelby taking on Atlanta. Brashear’s tough defense proved too much for Atlanta as the Lady Tigers built a 23-8 lead by halftime. Brashear kept working hard in the 2nd half and eventually won 47-27 to advance to the semi-finals Wednesday night.
